Olsen Brothers Window Cleaning was established in 2001 by two brothers, Kyle and Ryan Olsen. Over the past 6 years, Olsen Brothers has become the premier window cleaning company in Arizona. Olsen Brothers is a fully insured window cleaning business with special strengths in communications. We are based on a solid foundation of experience in providing residential cleaning services to the best customers throughout the valley. We charge per window pane (each piece of glass- per side). PRICING: (We have a $75 minimum for the East Valley & a $150 minimum for the West Valley) $1.00 per pane, per side for glass that doesn’t require a ladder to reach, or is smaller than a sliding glass door.* $2.00 per pane, per side for glass that requires a ladder to reach, or is the size of a sliding glass door or larger.* $2.00 per screen for screens that don’t require a ladder to reach, or are smaller than a sliding glass door. $3.00 per screen for screens that require a ladder to reach, or are the size of a sliding glass door or larger. $5.00 per ceiling fan for quick dusting of fan blades $5.00 per track for Window Track Cleaning: Vacuum any loose debris from window track. Light Fixture Cleaning: (We can provide on-site estimate) House spray-off: Spray exterior of home with garden hose and high pressure nozzle. (We can provide on-site estimate) Sunscreen Repair/ Installation: (see our website: www.gotsunscreens.com) Construction Clean-up: Contact us for an estimate. (Our Scratch Waiver must be signed) * Additional fees for hard-water removal or paint removal. We can give you an onsite estimate.
